Chris Prefontaine is a three-time best-selling author of Real Estate on Your Terms, The New Rules of Real Estate Investing, and Moneeka Sawyer’s Real Estate Investing for Women. He’s also the Founder and CEO of SmartRealEstateCoach.com and host of the Smart Real Estate Coach Podcast. Chris’ real estate experience ranges from constructing new homes in the ’90s and owning a realty executive franchise to running his own investments and coaching clients throughout North America. Today, Chris runs his own buying and selling businesses with his family team.
In this episode, Tyler and Chris’ discussion focused on achieving real estate investing success through solving the sellers’ problems and committing to coaching. They discussed Chris’s unorthodox approach to real estate, serving the seller by identifying their goals and/or solving their problems, and a practical script for educating sellers.

Chris shared why it’s important for real estate investors to find a niche, hire a coach and commit to that coach for 36 months.
