The US government’s so-called “Vaccine Court” (Court of Federal Claims) has ruled, with the nudging of a judge who overturned the original denial, that the family of Christina Tarsell has met all requirements for compensation of a death by vaccine injury. David talks with Christina’s mother Emily about their experiences from the first of three shots that Christina received, the initiation of health problems, to her surprising death, and their eight-year long struggle for recognition that the tragedy was vaccine-induced.
