S4E4: Blackout Biggins

In this episode, which aired October 22, 1992, Roy is offended by Ice Tray and the Cold Boys rapping the national anthem at the start of a Red Sox game because he’s Roy, so Brian sets up an opportunity for Roy to sing the national anthem and to become a laughing stock.
