Getting ready?  Monday we begin again. Back to basics.  Cleaner, stronger, lighter, happier.  Better rested, clear mind, living life rhythmically.  We will start Monday learning about and committing to great hydration.  We will talk water types, does juice count, what sort of water bottle and how much do we really need. Join us.  Bring a friend.  It's just 5 weeks.  Simple changes and better choices every day will get us to our goals in wellness...and perhaps in other areas of our full and rich lives.
