The Warrior Within with Martin Rooney & Sofia Rooney

An internationally recognized trainer, speaker, author and pioneer of strength and conditioning, Martin Rooney had paved the way for many coaches, AND JOBS, that exist today!  Martin Rooney is an international Coach, motivational speaker, CEO of Training for Warriors, author of 8 books, and has coached many Olympians, MMA/UFC fighters, and professional athletes, as well as developed the top NFL Combine training systems in the early 2000's. Martin also brings on his oldest daughter, Sofia, on today's episode to talk some father/daughter stuff.
