Yuriy meets with an old friend and CNN reporter, Michael Weiss who wrote "the" book about ISIS and how it funded itself. Yuriy met with Michael and interviewed him for his radio program a few years ago. He  reflects on the way in which Russia has done something similar but in the wide open trade markets.
