After 4 years of hearing about her, Verna (Jan Hooks) has finally graced 30 Rock and treats us to arguably one of the best characters the show has to offer. As Jenna refuses to give her what she believes she wants, Jack steps in to help to say to Verna what he can't or won't say to his mother: "NO!" Elsewhere, the TGS crew are caught up in Frank and Liz's small challenge to change their ways. Frank aims to give up smoking, as Liz tries to quit junk food, but can it be done, Pete says...
