In this Dhamma talk, Ajahn Dtun begins with an explanation of how to meditate. Ajahn Dtun then explains how delusion makes us believe our thoughts and emotions are our own mind, as well as make us seek external happiness in material things & sensory contact that do not last. If we have wrong view, we experience suffering. If we have right view, we experience happiness. By keeping our moral precepts and by practicing concentration, we can develop our mind and use mindfulness and wisdom to cleanse the mind, as well as put up a fight against mental defilements.
