In this episode of the EG Property Podcast, EG editor Samantha McClary meets the first batch of Future Leaders joining the fifth cohort of EG’s award winning programme.
Listen in to hear how Charlotte Paton from Savills, Sophie Levenson from Knight Frank, Megan Kennedy from Wilmott Dixon and Ola Alade from LCP are feeling about embarking on the intense two-month training programme and how they hope to inspire not just the next generation but real estate’s current leaders to bring about change.
For this series of EG Future leaders we’re tasking these phenomenal individuals with putting on a show at our grand finale that is going to be bigger and better than ever before.
Since the launch of EG Future Leaders in 2019 some 35 individuals have passed through the programme, learning not just the skills to stand up on stage to present to room full of peers and established leaders from across the industry, but the skills to really showcase how powerful the built environment can be at effecting change.
The Future Leaders programme is more than just an event. This is a movement across the sector to empower generations of inspired and inspirational people to push the industry forward, to speak up and speak out about the role real estate has to play in so many aspects of our lives, our livelihoods and in the future of the planet.
To make sure you’re part of what EG promises will be the best real estate industry event you’ll ever go to, head straight to www.eg.co.uk/eg-events/future-leaders-summit/ to book your tickets now.
