One of the greatest dangers in recovery is that we simply replace one addiction with another. While some alternative addictions are more overt, it is the covert addictions that we must guard against the most. Work, busyness, and other more acceptable behaviors mask as fantastic alternative addictions, but unfortunately, leave us just as problemed as we were when our addictions were more obvious. Today's episode explains why being addicted to chaos has become incredibly common and why we must guard against it if we are to truly tackle the roots of our issue.
