Calls for traffic flow at Martin Roundabout to be urgently addressed in review

There are calls for the traffic flow at Martin Roundabout to be urgently addressed as the situation is "under review".

Galway City Council has acknowledged severe traffic delays at the junction during peak hours, in particular as schools and colleges are back.

In a statement, it says the contractor is aware of the complaints and traffic management measures are currently under review. 

Local councillor Alan Cheevers says action is needed now.
