A new group of associate administrators have joined the LCS Professional Development Program (PDP) for 2018 and were in Des Moines this month for training.  Susan Altman, VP/Director of Clnical Services and Blake Gillman, VP/Director of Post-Acute Care Services asked them about their inspiration for getting into the senior living industry and their reactions to the training session.
