In fact, my new book, Detoxing Clutter With Feng Shui hones in on the self realization that many women live in the conscious mind of “to-do’s” which ultimately has us making decisions from our logical mind rather than our hearts. Self-care is a dirty word to most women. The idea of finding simple pleasures through out the day brings an onset of shame, guilt and the ugly idea that you don’t deserve to self indulge because you have too much to do.
