Lt. Gov. Micah Beckwith on Wmun this morning talking about concerns of revenue impact to our local school districts. If the system changes, when would local budgets see this decrease in funding? Are there any plans in SB1 to replace funding? Does anyone else Mistake him for Seth Macfarlane?
