Our first querent is looking for guidance on this upcoming Grad School quarter and how to avoid burn out, our second question is about what to do about finding a different job when your current work environment is toxic, and our last questions is how to avoid negative brain space when you are overwhelmed. For the last question, Holly shared this pages of Breathing Exercises she uses during the day to find moments of calm in the midst of chaos that hopefully you too will find helpful!
