In the middle of the pandemic we are at the end of our summer bounty so it's time to think about pickling and preserving your produce.

Fresh tomato sauce.  Pickled cucumbers and carrots and tomatoes.

Strawberry jam, grape jelly.

Vegetables in abundance can be frozen raw; whole or sliced.

Get creative.

What would "winter you stuck inside in a pandemic" wish you had prepped and saved from Summer's bounty???
