Dark, droning, ambient... I found it when I typed "trip-hop" into a search field of a torrent site, and I'm damn glad I found it.  Very evocative stuff.  The Who, on the other hand, is nothing like that.  You probably know a song or two by The Who, and don't even realize it.  They're a legendary rock band, and you should familiarize yourself with them simply for the sake of music history.  If you care about such a thing, that is.
