Christian Jackson - Drinking the CF Kool-Aid

Christian Jackson, 23 years old, has lost 25 pounds since starting CrossFit in May! He is a full time seminary student at DTS, runs a non-profit he started called WHY NOT, and has a full-time job. Even with all he has going on he has found time to train for the BCS Classic which will be his first competition. When Christian started CrossFit he thought it was going to come easy to him since he played college football. Pretty quickly he realized how challenging it is and now he is determined to get better.
