Meet Elizabeth Huntsman (EP.297)

Meet my dear friend and long time yoga teacher, Elizabeth Huntsman. Elizabeth is an E-RYT 500 hour and the owner of Cape Ann Power Yoga. She teaches classes, trainings and workshops and joins me on the show today. We cover a wide range of topics that touch on getting started, cueing, finding your authentic way of teaching and some of the obstacles yoga teachers face.
