In this modern world, most people shower because bathing is seen as a luxury we just don’t have time for anymore. Well, I say bring back the bath! Yes, they might use a lot of water, but you won’t be doing this daily, only every once in a while, so take the time to indulge. Use herbs and flowers for whatever you need. Chamomile, rose petals, lavender, thyme, rosemary... the choices are endless. All of these ingredients will promote feelings of relaxation and happiness. Tie them up in a muslin cloth and add to your running water.
