50k Prep and MAP Run - Episode #257

I've got a 50k mountain trail ultra coming up and I've done no hill training. I wonder how that will work out? Also, the "MAP" run project here in Ashland has been going well and my running buddies and I are having some good fun figuring out how to cover all the roads. That and more in this podcast!
