Want to know our biggest mistakes we have made while living the Prep Life? @glamgirlbikini coaches @amyehinger and @chrisnicole_ifbbpro tell all! Here are just a few of the things we have learned not to do along the way:

• Getting Nationally qualified and not knowing the appropriate path
• Thinking that following specific foods on a meal plan would be best for getting stage ready and not educating myself on how to track macros
• Not allowing variety in my diet and developing gut issues along with “fake foods” that are “zero” calories 
• Doing crazy amounts of cardio in prep and maintaining a high amount in the off season
• Buying a one size fits all suit and going cheap vs custom
• Doing my own makeup 
• Black and white thinking and no gray. Along with not following or knowing the need for a reverse diet
• The importance of checking in post show. Not hiding and also having clear next step goals
• Shutting out family and friends to step on stage
• Zero days off and muscle confusion vs progressive overload
