About our guest: Maryle Malloy is a Management Consultant and Leadership Trainer. She has spent the past 25 years managing veterinary and medical practices and consulting with pet-related businesses. During her 40-year career, she held leadership positions in both management and marketing with small to mid-size companies. Maryle helped individuals, departments, and entire organizations improve their bottom line. She accomplished this by providing the latest “tools and techniques” to improve their systems and communications. Along the way, she developed thousands of pieces of marketing collateral and initiated hundreds of marketing campaigns. Like most front-line workers, Maryle worked her way up the proverbial ladder from employee to manager to leader.
Along the way, she learned management skills that were prevalent at the time and still prevalent today. However, in 2005 her eyes and ears were opened when she experienced The New Agreements in the Workplace, a new way of leading that rocked my world. Since 2006 Maryle used the universal principles of servant leadership and The New Agreements Tools to help practices build excellent organizations. Training practice leaders to use the NA Tools is part of her life’s work and purpose.
On a personal note, in addition to being a mother and grandmother, Maryle is a life-long animal lover committed to preserving and enhancing the human-animal bond. For 30-years, she devoted her spare time to breeding and training Quarter Horses and Golden Retrievers. Maryleended her riding career in 2012, and her legacy in the dog world is Maryle's book, The Golden Retriever, An Owner’s Survival Guide, a 2004 recipient of The Dog Writers of America award.
