Peter Tierney is a Sports Scientist & Performance Coach. He has worked across a range of different sports and a large part of his experience has been at Leinster Rugby and more recently at The English Football Association He has enjoyed researching alongside working full time in sport, and has recently completed his PhD that investigated novel insights into understanding performance in rugby union. Peter’s interests are in health, performance, sports science and behaviour change, and the application of technology to support these.
