2 Create a Vision Board to be your “dream carrot” -The place you want to get to

3 Keep it in front of you like the carrot on a stick!

4 Make it actionable - break the dream down into smaller actionable steps that can be done

5 Make your steps manageable and precise with deadlines to accomplish

6 Celebrate each step with a small reward

7 Take a small break in between each step if you need to, but go after the next step with full force like you did the first one

8 Manage and track progress with yes or no questions and deadlines.
