Shoutout to Phoenix's own Richie Evans for coming back on my show for an interview! Richie talked about his upcoming Highly Favored EP, Phoenix Suns players advocating for him to create the music for Nike's Trunner 1 sneaker commercial, and his upcoming single Can't Knock The Hustle featuring Rick Ross. Richie discussed seeing KD looking for houses in Phoenix months ago, Pat Riley downloading his songs, and why he thought for a few hours before getting on the plane that The Game gave him tickets for when he got his opportunity from him. He got into what he learned from watching The Game's highs and lows in the industry, his thoughts on The Black Slim Shady (Eminem Diss Song), and opinion on DRILLMATIC. Richie also talked about why it has been difficult for Phoenix artists to break through in the music industry, getting endorsement deals with Vitamin Water, and why he has waited to drop his upcoming EP.
