Childless seniors are known as ”elder orphans.”

Good basic prepared car kit includes a few blanket, spare change in warm clothes, socks, and comfortable shoes. Bottles of water, Gatorade, and non-perishable snack (like jerky, peanuts, sardines, raisins.)

Emergency Preparedness kit, first aid kit, flashlight, flares, jumper cables, 1 quart of oil, cell phone charger, a few days of your daily medication. If you have a pet, include pet food and snacks, water bowl, etc.
