The Never Too Late To Fly Podcast
Health & Fitness
Episode 48 marks one year of the Never Too Late to Fly podcast. We want to thank everyone who has taken the time to come here and listen to our thoughts and conversations. This episode digs deep into Jacqueline's Eating Disorder Recovery and some tips that she has implemented and used with success with our recent trip to Disneyland. Jacqueline shares what it was like to feel freedom from food and the thoughts surrounding food while we were away from our usual routine. Getting to this place in her relationship with food has taken lots of time and hard work over the past year but feeling and seeing the success while on this last trip really made Jacqueline feel great about the hard work she has been putting in each and every day. Jacqueline shares seven tips that have helped her with her choices and thinking surrounding food. These tips also helped with her thinking before and after making certain choices while on vacation.
Thanks for listening, and remember It's Never Too Late to Fly!
