This week, host and AABD President David Baris is joined again by Calvin Henderson, who has been involved for many years in loan administration and credit review as a senior officer at Bank of America and Wells Fargo.

Episode 19 addressed lessons learned from the Great Recession on loan administration and credit review mistakes, and how to avoid them now through strong policies, procedures, and qualified personnel.

This time, Calvin will discuss red flags that bank boards and bank management can use to spot a weakness early on, when there is time to fix it. He will also describe the board reports and information that the board will need to identify red flags.
