Tammy Lovett takes the women's win with 25 yards. We find out who wins the Bix Gel bet and whether the Peter Pan magic of Dane Sproxton was enough to give Chris the gels. 

In this week’s interview we chat to a local legend in the WA running community Rochelle Di Masi, head coach of PR Run Coach. 

In ‘Simon Says’, we talk whispers of a potential collab between a well-known WA run club and the upcoming Sydney Marathon, the conditions in which Simon participates in the 2026 edition of Herdys, before praising Dean Menzies, Ryan Greenwood, Bryan Bourke and Abud Alnatour in our Weapons of WARP.
