Amanda Ferrat, Founder of Value Yourself Counseling, is a certified Advanced EFT Practitioner and Emotional Wellness Counselor that uses her compassion, empathy, intuition, and skills to help women break barriers and limitations to build new thought patterns and beliefs that allow them to embody their inner "Badass" and obtain emotional freedom. She pursued her entrepreneurial path after a long and complicated journey with grief, trauma, and physical and mental health struggles. Amanda's healing journey has not been easy, however, she actively works to create a world where it is safe to your authentic self 100% of the time.
In this episode, Amanda and Nancy talk about how to manage life, business, and chronic illnesses, why Amanda pursued an entrepreneurial path to honor her health needs, and giving yourself grace and compassion when balancing work and health.
