How can sports, and student-athletes, help advance the conversation on race and other important issues of our time? A group of high school and college coaches banded together to create "804 Coaches 4 Change", beginning with a rally June 6th at the Arthur Ashe Monument.
On this edition of "In The Red Zone", heard June 8th, Rob Witham talks with Collegiate head boys basketball coach Del Harris about the group, its purpose, and how all of us can play an important role in creating the equality deserved by all citizens.
Rob also talks about how fall sports may look like, and much more. "In The Red Zone" airs Mondays at 6pm on 102.9 The Mater, at 102.9 FM.
