FLR 076: Burger King Goes Vegan

INGREDIENTS OF THE DAY:  Bamboo Fiber, Citrus Fiber, Eucheuma Seaweed, and Ferric Pyrophosphate

In Great Britain, but not in the USA, Burger King is adding new plant-based sandwiches to their menu.  This episode explores the 100% vegan version of a chicken and bacon analog looking at both the ingredient content and the nutritional profile.  Also, a recent announcement by the American Academy of Pediatrics on the subject of childhood obesity is reviewed.
