Star Trek: Voyager Season 3 Episode 7 "Sacred Ground" explained. Join me as I review and recap the episode where Kes (out of character) wanders off and sticks her hand in a giant weird glowing thingy and then (shocker of all shocks) is put in a coma and is in danger of dying. So Janeway then must complete these religious rituals and go on her own spiritual journey in order save Kes' life, but actually it turns out none of that was necessary all she had to do was take some space molly and give some to Kes and walk back into the glowing death device, but the episode is going to act like Janeway had some profound spiritual growth even though it wasn't at all earned. But not to worry because this will never ever be mentioned again. Come see my first reaction as I breakdown the episode and attempt to give my in depth analysis
