Today we spoke with Dr. Ann Eisenberg.
Professor Eisenberg is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of South Carolina School of Law. Her research applies the lens of law and political economy to rural marginalization, examining how law, policy, and public institutions influence rural economic opportunity.
Her work has been published or is forthcoming in numerous law journals and book chapters, including the Southern California Law Review, the Harvard Law and Policy Review, the Boston College Law Review, and the Washington University Law Review. In the fall of 2020, the University of South Carolina TEDx selected Professor Eisenberg to give a talk entitled, “Reviving Rural America.”
Her book project by the same name is forthcoming with Cambridge University Press in 2022.
