The Places Where We Go Podcast
Society & Culture:Places & Travel
On episode 60, we take you to Grandma Prisbrey's Bottle Village in Simi Valley, California.
Located in our home town, this attraction is a unique wonderland crafted from castoff materials. The site has garnered the admiration of art scholars from around the world. Located on a one-third acre site, it is covered with an assemblage of shrines, wishing wells, mosaic walkways, and structures. The village showcases the artistic work of Tressa "Grandma" Prisbrey.
