Grief is a natural human emotion and one we often repress culturally and societally because we don’t know how to talk to each other about it or ask for help.
We all know how to grieve and mourn.
It’s within us all.
And that’s why this episode is so important.
Many of us will turn to alcohol or other unhealthy substances and behaviours to deal with these feelings, and there is another way.
This episode is for you, whether you are currently facing the spectre of loss or have experienced loss through losing loved ones or animals, divorce, or even ending your relationship with alcohol.
Lisa Dinhofer, MA, CT, is known as 'The Crisis Tamer', working with subject matter and circumstances most people turn away from. Lisa was an employee at the World Trade Center during the 1993 bombing and was still working in NYC during 9/11.
