Syeda Neary is a divorce coach, supporting men and women who are experiencing divorce and ready to overcome their fears, guilt, and shame so that they can reclaim their life, heal their heart and create space to find love again.
She lives in New York City with her husband and two sons.

But through the power of mindset and consistent rewiring of your brain and beliefs, you can shift to a better feeling thought like, divorce is actually a blessing. I believe this to be true for myself and my clients believe the same by the time we’re done working together.
