A meticulous serial killer with an obsession for teeth stalks the seedy streets of The Burroughs, hunting for the perfect smile. Marion Mercier's  smile will finally fill the gnawing hunger inside him and complete his collection. She fires him up like no other prey has before. But during the hunt he realizes that he has just stumbled across far more than the perfect smile. This smile comes with a very different set of teeth.
