Deepening your belief in something: The 6 Ex’s

The process of deepening the belief in something:

Exposure - when you are introduced to it

Explanation - when you get an understanding of it

Experiment - when you test what it can do

Experience - when you fully use what you have learned

Expression - when you are able to apply the things learned in various ways

Expansion - when you take what you have and teach others

From what you focus on will grow, and looking for each ex will indicate where you are in the process.
