During this session, Debra will provide some insights into how to use self-coaching as a tool for building resilience and taking care of the self. Often in a world full of busyness, we forget to take care of ourselves. In fact, not only do we not take care of ourselves, but we also become our harshest critic, often focussing on what we haven’t done, should’ve done and discounting how amazing we truly are.
This session will provide some insights into the importance of self-coaching and some simple how-to tips for everyday implementation.
