Summary:
Are you a parent wondering what a comprehensive evaluation for ADHD looks like for your child? It is important to know what is included in such an evaluation, and which professionals can provide it. A thorough assessment will determine what type of ADHD your child has, and help you understand how your child thinks, learns, process their world, and feels. It will also help your child receive the services and accommodations at school that will be best for them.
In this podcast, Dr. Harris Finkelstein talks about the components of a thorough evaluation for ADHD, what qualifies children for services at school, and the different ways to help children with ADHD.
