The Keep It Local Maine Podcast
Business
This week, we had a great conversation with Maine writer Kristine Delano. We talked about her transition from a 20+ year career on Wall Street to a full-time writer, her writing process, how her time working in finance prepared her to write, how she defines success, and much more!
ABOUT OUR GUEST:
Kristine is a 20+ year career woman of Wall Street. She left her panoramic city view and expense account in 2019 to pursue writing, enjoy family, and savor her great state of Maine. She is on the board of a seven-thousand-member global financial services organization focused on women empowerment and is a speaker, mentor, and strategic planner for businesses, churches, and parachurch organizations. She is a critique partner and literary judge at ACFW (American Christian Fiction Writers) and MWPA (Maine Writers and Publishers Alliance).
Information on her award-winning short stories and in-progress novels can be found at www.kristinedelano.com. Follow her on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
