In the story of the Wedding at Cana, Jesus performs his first miracle. But, he does not do it alone. He is encouraged by his mother. And then, he entrusts the miracle to some servants. Jesus speaks. They do what he says. And only then does the miracle happen. We, too, must learn to listen to Jesus and do what he says before we can see the miracles he desires for us in our own lives.
