Contest Prep programming should NOT focus on the category (Bikini, Figure, etc...) but rather, on the person!!! Knowing the category tells you the finish line, the goal aesthetics, but, not everyone starts from the same starting line! Some need more focus on hamstrings than quads, but others may need more lower quad than upper quad, and still others may need no new size in their thighs but are in desperate need of size in their glutes! Everyone has different aesthetic strengths and weaknesses therefore, regardless of whether they're aiming for the same category, each person NEEDS their own programming to be THEIR best!!!
