Micheál Martin was speaking in the European Parliament where he talked about a range of topics including Ireland’s membership of the EU, the war on Ukraine and the Northern Ireland Protocol.
He told MEPs there are solutions to practical problems under the Protocol if there is the political will to find them. But he said, that would require the UK government to engage with good faith, seriousness and commitment.
