Pure Science: MP’s Bhimbetka caves host to 550-million-year-old fossils, possibly oldest ever found in India

A group of geologists touring the Bhimbetka caves at the beginning of the pandemic made an accidental discovery of the oldest fossils ever found in India, belonging to the genus of animals called Dickinsonia, some of the oldest animals to ever exist on Earth.
