Hello Everyone   Since I have 2 children, Oliver 4 and Zoey 1, I have had to be creative with occasionally working out with them.  Once In a while when I am lifting weights in my basement Ill have to bring them, however this episode is more for workouts I have counted with my children outside.   The main ways to exercise with your kids are:  1.
