Feeling Down

This week's video covers a very sensitive subject of how I deal with feelings of depression I've had throughout my life, as I know that a lot of musicians also suffer with similar things. I'm no medical professional (obviously!) but I just thought I'd share what I do to help myself, and if you find yourself struggling too, hopefully, one of these will speak to you too.
