This is the fourth week of our Tuesday 2019 Truth Of Happiness Dhamma Study. My Dhamma talk and our sangha discussion is the second of a series of talks on the Four Foundations Of Mindfulness. In the Satipatthana Sutta, the Buddha teaches the Four Foundations of Mindfulness as the framework for what occurs during meditation and as a reference for mindfulness in all areas of a Dhamma practitioner's moment-by-moment life.
“In this way one remains mindful of the Seven Factors of Awakening and the arising and the passing away of the Seven Factors of Awakening - independent of and not clinging to anything in the world. This how one remains mindful of the Seven Factors of Awakening in and of themselves.” (Satipatthana Sutta)

Each Tuesday class will have a twenty-minute Shamatha-Vipassana meditation followed by my Dhamma talk and Sangha discussion and conclude with Metta intentional meditation.
